Our approach is very personal, the initial ‘training’ days are not just to train the users, these are workshops to get the system up and running, this means our consultants will work with you before the on-site days to gather and prepare data such as contact volumes, shift patterns etc. Then after the workshops we will have sessions to support you as you start to use the system, these can be daily at first then weekly, monthly as you are ready to move on.
Our support not only caters for system issues, we also include further training needs for e.g. if you are changing your shift patterns or taking on a new type of call. Our consultants will work with you as far as possible on free remote sessions to help you implement these types of changes. We can also provide tailored workshops for example to train new users as your team grows and non-system specific WFM workshops.
